This page applies specifically to the TruckSim FM-Official App, developed and operated by Jazzyapps. You can request deletion of your TSFM account and the associated personal data we store. Deleting your account will remove your account and associated personal data stored by Jazzyapps, subject to any data that must legally be retained. You do not need the app installed or access to your account to submit a request.

Already have the TSFM app?

If you can still access the app, you can also delete your account directly from within TSFM. Sign in and go to:

Settings → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account.

What personal data is deleted

When your account is deleted, TSFM will remove the following personal data linked to your account:

Account profile and display name
Email address held by TSFM
Presenter and show favourites
Song likes and favourites
Song request history
Notification preferences
Listening and activity data linked directly to your account
Saved app settings and preferences

What data may be retained

Certain information may be retained only where necessary for legitimate legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention or operational purposes. This may include:

Anonymised, aggregate statistics that can no longer be linked to you.
Records required for legitimate legal, regulatory, tax or accounting obligations.
Information needed for fraud prevention, security, or the investigation of misuse.
Song requests or messages already broadcast on air, where retained for broadcast licensing or record-keeping.

Retention period

Personal data scheduled for deletion is removed as soon as reasonably practicable after your request is confirmed, typically within 30 days.

Any data that must legally be retained will be kept only for as long as required by applicable law, and will then be permanently deleted. TSFM will not retain personal information longer than is reasonably necessary.

Google Account

Deleting your TSFM account does not delete your Google account. It only removes your TSFM account and the personal data TSFM stores about you.
